About the role
- Own the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes for the AI/Innovation group.
- Execute and follow up on operational activities in alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Drive consistency in priorities, processes, and programs across the AI/Innovation group.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the AI/Innovation group and other departments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and effective collaboration across team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of successful, extensive, and proven experience in business operations, project management, or cross-functional relationship management required (with 3+ at Cook Medical strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and driving operational efficiencies preferred.
- Strong business execution and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence.
