About the role

  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain talent
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure our compensation offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a job evaluation system to accurately assess the relative value of different positions within the organization.
  • Oversee the administration of our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including those related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Work on different projects to enhance people experience throughout the employee life cycle
  • Lead or participate in various HR projects, such as compensation surveys, salary adjustments, and benefit plan renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • From 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner with a solid experience in compensations and benefits
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
