About the role

  • Develop visuals for social media posts, including images, GIFs and short videos.
  • Ensure visual content aligns with brand identity and the objectives of the digital action or campaign.
  • Collaborate with the content team (copywriters and community manager) to create integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to defining creative concepts tailored for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and adapt assets from larger campaigns to social media-specific formats.
  • Ensure each asset performs well within the requirements of each platform.
  • Maintain constant communication with the area manager and other team members to ensure alignment at all project stages.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss strategies and content ideas.
  • Research and identify visual and design trends specific to different platforms.
  • Incorporate these trends in ways that align with the brand strategy.
  • Use design tools specific to social content and 360° campaigns, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, among others.
  • Manage libraries of visual assets, including images, videos and icons, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
  • Ensure all produced pieces meet high-quality standards, with attention to detail, color, typography and layout.
  • Perform necessary revisions and adjustments before publication to ensure consistency and visual integrity.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to changing social media demands and content consumption trends.
  • Be proactive in proposing new ideas and content formats to maintain relevance and continuous audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects) is an advantage.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Social Communication, Advertising and Propaganda, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Collaborative skills (works well in teams and with a variety of creative people).
  • Organization and effective workload management.
