About the role

  • Drive sales of our innovative payroll (DP) and HR solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of established revenue targets.
  • Lead the closing stage, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and converted into business opportunities;
  • Analyze the market and identify strategic business opportunities, developing customized plans to address the specific needs of each prospective client;
  • Deliver consultative and persuasive presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and added value of our payroll and HR solutions;
  • Conduct complex negotiations and close contracts in compliance with company policies and guidelines;
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure delivery of integrated, high-value solutions to clients;
  • Monitor HR and technology market trends and track key competitors' activity to stay informed and competitive.

Requirements

  • Based in São Paulo (SP);
  • Previous experience selling SaaS products;
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred);
  • Proven ability to apply sales techniques successfully, with practical knowledge of the market, buyer personas, and product;
  • Experience and knowledge in the HRTech market is desirable.
