About the role
- Drive sales of our innovative payroll (DP) and HR solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of established revenue targets.
- Lead the closing stage, ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and converted into business opportunities;
- Analyze the market and identify strategic business opportunities, developing customized plans to address the specific needs of each prospective client;
- Deliver consultative and persuasive presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and added value of our payroll and HR solutions;
- Conduct complex negotiations and close contracts in compliance with company policies and guidelines;
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure delivery of integrated, high-value solutions to clients;
- Monitor HR and technology market trends and track key competitors' activity to stay informed and competitive.
Requirements
- Based in São Paulo (SP);
- Previous experience selling SaaS products;
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred);
- Proven ability to apply sales techniques successfully, with practical knowledge of the market, buyer personas, and product;
- Experience and knowledge in the HRTech market is desirable.
