About the role
- Own the partner ecosystem to accelerate ARR through co-sell, co-market, and scaled enablement.
- Design and run the channel program end-to-end, activating SIs (Systems Integrators), MSPs (Managed Service Providers and drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Define partner tiering, incentives, and partner lifecycle (onboard → enable → grow → retain).
- Build joint business plans, capacity planning, territory coverage, and ecosystem mapping.
- Align GTM (Go-to-Market) with Sales/Demand Gen/Product Marketing; set pricing & discounting guardrails.
- Drive co-sell/co-market motions, events & webinars, and co-branding guidelines.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and promote its products.
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
- Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
- Own PRM (Partner Relationship Management)
- Govern deal registration, MDF (Market Development budget), SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Funds), rebates, and partner scorecard Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Track attach rate, win rate, partner health, and coverage; manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and escalations.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, partnership management
- At least 7-10 years of experience in selling applications/software products to corporates.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Must be fluent in English.
