• Define partner tiering, incentives, and partner lifecycle (onboard → enable → grow → retain).
• Build joint business plans, capacity planning, territory coverage, and ecosystem mapping.
• Align GTM (Go-to-Market) with Sales/Demand Gen/Product Marketing; set pricing & discounting guardrails.
