• Support the deployment of applications developed by Azeus in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.)
• Carry out the deployment of applications developed by Azeus on client premises. You will be prepared to handle server and application software hardening, firewall policy setup, etc.
• Identify and analyze system integration problems
• Resolve server issues by identifying the root cause and taking immediate remedial action
• Formulate and implement corrective actions in case a problem re-occurs
• Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent issues from happening again
• Identify recurring tasks and recommend tools to automate those tasks
• Be on-call for support cases

Support and Deployment Engineer

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end project management for SaaS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and facilitate communication between development, operations, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues as necessary.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules and scope as necessary to meet changing project needs and requirements.

• Sales Target: Independently achieve a target through proactive business development and sales strategies.

• Early detection, mitigation, and prevention of potential production issues
• Learn and comprehend product features to develop a clear, detailed understanding of product testing requirements
• Perform various regression testing processes (feature qc, platform qc, bulk test, completeness test, interruption test, resource usage test, network connection test, translation testing, etc.)
• Collaborate with leads and other team members to determine testing priorities, effort estimates and track and report progress
• Write regression test plans, test cases and usage scenarios to be used for testing, and other documentations as required
• Prepare the test environment and test data
• Execute testing
• Consolidate test results into clear and concise reports
• Create and track tickets for any issues on functionality, usability, performance, reliability, and stability issues
• Work with software test engineers to ensure that any functional issues that may be revealed during the tests are verified and reported.
