Convene is a digital governance transformation solution for Boards of Directors and committees. Convene is trusted by many reputable institutions worldwide. Our customer base has grown exponentially and we have expanded our presence to more than 100 countries globally.
• **Key responsibilities:**
• Sales target: independently achieve sales targets through proactive sales and business development strategies.
• Software demonstrations and training: conduct effective demonstration and training sessions to showcase the benefits and strengths of our solutions to potential clients.
• Prospecting: generate qualified sales leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• Team collaboration: work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to deal closure.
• CRM management: maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Market knowledge: stay informed about trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• The role requires significant interaction (face-to-face or via other communication media) with clients/prospects, partners, and Azeus staff.

QA Engineer

• Early detection, mitigation, and prevention of potential production issues
• Learn and comprehend product features to develop a clear, detailed understanding of product testing requirements
• Perform various regression testing processes (feature qc, platform qc, bulk test, completeness test, interruption test, resource usage test, network connection test, translation testing, etc.)
• Collaborate with leads and other team members to determine testing priorities, effort estimates and track and report progress
• Write regression test plans, test cases and usage scenarios to be used for testing, and other documentations as required
• Prepare the test environment and test data
• Execute testing
• Consolidate test results into clear and concise reports
• Create and track tickets for any issues on functionality, usability, performance, reliability, and stability issues
• Work with software test engineers to ensure that any functional issues that may be revealed during the tests are verified and reported

Manual Tester

• Business Development Manager will take independent responsibility to grow and manage Convene business in the assigned region (Domestic / International).
• Ability to create detailed business plan for the assigned region.
• Lead the sales and marketing activities through the shared team to ensure goal/target achievements.
• Frequently report planned vs. actual business goals to the board / management.

Account Manager

• Azeus Systems Limited is hiring an Account Manager for Convene, a board meeting and collaboration SaaS.
• Manage approximately 20+ government accounts within KSA.
• Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success.
• Proactively engage clients, guide software best practices, and generate upsells.
• Conduct onboarding, renewals, training (Admin, Secretary, Board Member) and refresher sessions.
• Drive change management, handle upgrades and customization requests, and mitigate termination risks.
• Maintain accurate CRM/PD records and coordinate with Support, Finance, Deployment, Legal.
• Schedule high-level feedback meetings and ensure clients complete Convene Subscription agreements.
