About the role

  • Manage a team of 4–6 operations associates handling end-to-end fine art shipments.
  • Own your team's performance across key metrics.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex operational situations.
  • Monitor active shipments across your team's portfolio and identify bottlenecks early.
  • Coach your team on client communication standards.
  • Manage carrier and partner performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and designing new processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in fine art logistics, fine art freight forwarding, or other high-value product logistics.
  • Fluent in English and French required.
  • Proven team leadership or the ability to quickly develop management skills.
  • Strong grounding in complex transport operations.
  • Nice to have: air freight, road transport, and export documentation experience.
  • Client-facing instincts and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
  • Comfortable with KPI-driven management.
