About the role
- Acquisition of new corporate clients and onboarding of existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage firm
- Execution of the full acquisition process – from lead generation through analysis of the insurance setup to presentation
- Independent account management of commercial clients (minimum size: companies with approx. 50 employees) across non-life lines, with support from the internal sales team
- Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
- Active participation in shaping the company using our OKR methodology – e.g. contributing to digitization initiatives or optimizing internal processes
Requirements
- At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurance agency
- Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
- Solid knowledge of non-life/commercial insurance lines, e.g. industrial fire and liability (excluding motor, life, health)
- Completed vocational training in insurance / certified insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
