About the role

  • Acquire new corporate clients and bring existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
  • Manage the full acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the client’s insurance program to proposal and presentation
  • Independently manage commercial clients (minimum company size: approx. 50 employees) in the non-life insurance lines, with support from the internal service team
  • Conduct annual review meetings on-site or digitally
  • Actively contribute to shaping the company using our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitalization projects or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
  • Proven experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge of non-life insurance lines (e.g., industrial fire, liability) — excluding motor, life, and health insurance
  • Completed vocational training in insurance / Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
