About the role
- Acquire new corporate clients and introduce existing client relationships to our mid-sized brokerage
- Execute the acquisition process – from lead generation through analysis of client insurance setups to presentation
- Independently manage commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in property & casualty/commercial insurance lines, with support from the internal sales team
- Conduct annual review meetings on-site or digitally
- Actively help shape the company within our OKR methodology – e.g., contributing to digitalization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
- At least several years of experience at an insurance broker or insurance agency
- Experience in acquiring and subsequently managing corporate clients
- Solid knowledge in non-life/commercial insurance lines, e.g., fire/industrial and liability (excluding motor, life, and health)
- Completed vocational training in insurance / Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
