About the role
- Acquisition of new corporate clients and integrating existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
- Carrying out the full acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance program to the presentation
- Independently managing commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in the property & casualty lines — with support from internal sales
- Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
- Actively helping to shape the company within our OKR framework — e.g., participating in digitalization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience at an insurance broker or agency
- Experience in acquiring and subsequently servicing corporate clients
- Solid knowledge of property & casualty/composite lines, e.g., industrial fire and liability (excluding motor, life and health)
- Completed training in insurance / Versicherungsfachwirt or a relevant degree
