About the role
- Supporting multiple customers and building trusted relationships
- Working closely with Customer Success, Support and Sales to ensure smooth handovers
- Partnering with service providers and managing their deliverables
- Collaborating with diverse clients and consultants across APAC
- Assisting with configuration and use of Contruent Enterprise
- Helping document project states and analyse IT infrastructure
- Delivering training on our software
- Supporting cost trending, reporting and change management processes
- Preparing monthly schedule forecasts and variance analysis
- Using planning tools (Primavera experience is helpful but not essential)
Requirements
- A technical degree or equivalent experience
- Around 2 years in project controls, cost or financial management
- An understanding of project cost control, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with Contruent Enterprise (formerly PRISM G2) is a bonus
- PMP, Prince2 or AACE certification is also a plus
- A willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
