Executive Assistant

• Serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand, ensuring seamless business and personal operations, aligning priorities and best practices, and operating autonomously to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
• Manage the CEO’s inbox and communications by monitoring, summarising, and responding on their behalf, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee heavy diary management and complex scheduling across business and personal commitments (including outside core hours) while coordinating end-to-end internal and external meetings with venues, agendas, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups
• Coordinate extensive international business and personal travel across the US and Europe, including full itineraries, transport, and expenses
• Prepare, review, and proof high-quality documents, presentations, and written communications on behalf of the CEO
• Manage and reconcile expenses accurately and efficiently
• Oversee personal home matters, errands, special projects, and personal/family gifts
• Provide hands-on problem-solving to ensure technology, systems, and office operations run smoothly
