About the role
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple priorities and time zones
- Coordinating travel logistics and itineraries, including last-minute changes and multi-stop travel
- Serving as a key point of contact for inbound communication; managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
- Coordinating meetings with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing documents for signatures, maintaining organized records, and supporting document workflows
- Tracking action items, follow-ups, and deadlines; ensuring commitments are executed reliably
- Supporting internal process organization, including meeting notes, agenda preparation, and light project management
- Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Assisting with ad hoc personal and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, principals, or founders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; comfort with scheduling tools and collaboration platforms
