• Active sales of our conference and meeting spaces across Germany
• Identification and outreach to new corporate clients
• Telephone-based customer acquisition to generate new leads
• Conducting initial consultations and advising potential clients
• Preparing and following up on proposals
• Customer support and account management
• Servicing both existing and new clients
• Building long-term business relationships
• Coordinating customer inquiries through to successful booking
• Maintaining sales platforms
• Maintaining and updating online portals for the distribution of our products
• Ensuring up-to-date content, offers and availability
• Assisting with the optimal presentation of our spaces
• Supporting the Sales team
• Assisting with day-to-day sales operations
• Maintaining CRM systems and sales data
• Providing holiday cover within the Sales team
