About the role
- Support regional management in the operational oversight of up to 80 parking facilities
- Assume commercial/administrative responsibilities, e.g., review of monthly financial statements
- Assist with quality assurance and inspections of parking facilities as well as operational workflows and processes
- Support regional management with site analyses and the takeover of properties
- Support and lead projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Some professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Enjoy working with digital tools and modern media
- Independent and responsible working style
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Willingness to travel
- Good German communication skills, both written and spoken
