Active role in the Canadian market: managing product complaints, fleet concerns, and providing technical support to sales.
Respond to technical issues and track new production tires through to market acceptance.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to train them on complaint handling and warranty processes.
Report findings in a timely manner to the global warranty system.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining processes, procedures, and quality assurance controls to meet established performance, quality, and safety standards.
Provide technical evaluations to fleet customers.
Requirements
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least two years of experience in tire or vehicle technologies, or at least four years if you do not have a relevant bachelor's degree
Ability to stack, unstack, and handle tires and equipment for commercial vehicles
Excellent presentation skills and ability to give clear, effective instructions
Proficiency in English and French (bilingual)
Home office located near an airport
Frequent travel (50% or more)
Valid driver's license and passport
Legal authorization to work in Canada required.
