About the role
- Responding to inbound customer calls and email inquiries while providing exceptional customer service
- Appropriately resolving complex customer issues and complaints, including fee waivers and fee reversals
- Utilizing proprietary software to document customer action items, notes, and consumer information changes
- Assisting with benefit activations requests in accordance with the Credit Protection Contracts
- Handle After-hours Customer Voicemails
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have been a CSR I for at least 1 year
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
