About the role

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and email inquiries while providing exceptional customer service
  • Appropriately resolving complex customer issues and complaints, including fee waivers and fee reversals
  • Utilizing proprietary software to document customer action items, notes, and consumer information changes
  • Assisting with benefit activations requests in accordance with the Credit Protection Contracts
  • Handle After-hours Customer Voicemails

Requirements

  • Must have been a CSR I for at least 1 year
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of business management principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
