About the role

  • Execute assigned projects and tasks as outlined by the mentor
  • Complete weekly reports and summaries outlining project progress, analysis, and deliverables
  • Meet daily with a mentor to discuss projects, reports, findings, and questions
  • Support the department and company by providing innovative ideas, solutions, and an outside perspective
  • Support initiatives related to AI usage within Operations and database management
  • Analyze operational data based on provided criteria and business requirements
  • Develop and document recommendations for process improvements
  • Clearly articulate findings through written documentation, reports, and a final project presentation
  • Assist in the development of project solutions while monitoring and auditing processes to ensure seamless operational execution

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in and working toward an undergraduate degree
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (hybrid) for the 10-week program: June 2 – August 6, 2026
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn bank industry standards and operational processes
  • Ability to analyze data when assigned a project
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
