About the role

  • Perform implementation, support, and user training for RM Backoffice modules;
  • Gather requirements from HR, Payroll/Personnel, and Accounting areas;
  • Provide functional support to users, advising and promoting best practices;
  • Analyze and resolve processing errors, integrations, and legal compliance issues;
  • Conduct end-user training.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementation, reimplementation, and support of RM;
  • Proficient in TOTVS RM Backoffice modules: Financial Management, Accounting Management, Tax Management, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Billing;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server for queries and analysis support;
  • Experience creating reports in RM (RM Reports, Metadata and Cubes);
  • Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and perform system parameterization;
  • Knowledge of tax and labor legislation is desirable;
  • Experience with TAF, TSS, or integrations with other TOTVS systems is desirable.
