About the role
- Perform implementation, support, and user training for RM Backoffice modules;
- Gather requirements from HR, Payroll/Personnel, and Accounting areas;
- Provide functional support to users, advising and promoting best practices;
- Analyze and resolve processing errors, integrations, and legal compliance issues;
- Conduct end-user training.
Requirements
- Experience in implementation, reimplementation, and support of RM;
- Proficient in TOTVS RM Backoffice modules: Financial Management, Accounting Management, Tax Management, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Billing;
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server for queries and analysis support;
- Experience creating reports in RM (RM Reports, Metadata and Cubes);
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and perform system parameterization;
- Knowledge of tax and labor legislation is desirable;
- Experience with TAF, TSS, or integrations with other TOTVS systems is desirable.
