Executive Assistant

• Support the execution of monthly personnel/payroll routines in the TOTVS Datasul ERP, including payroll calculation, vacation processing, hires, terminations, and posting of variable events;
• Assist with the verification, updating, and maintenance of employee records, as well as basic system parameterization;
• Support the collection, analysis, and verification of data and reports, identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in payroll processes;
• Assist in validating files, data uploads, and events intended for eSocial, contributing to the compliance of submitted information;
• Organize and maintain department documentation, supporting internal audits, technical surveys, and system diagnostics.
