Lead a Product Development Team to plan, build, test, transition, and support developed solutions
Drive the successful delivery and maintenance of products and services related to the Contexture Health Information Exchange
Ensure efficient and effective tier 3 & 4 support of developed solutions
Report to the Director of Application Development & Support
Manage a team of developers in a primarily .NET environment
Establish and maintain Secure Software Development and Support practices
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment across all products and services
Oversee Engineer and Developer assignment to sprint teams
Triage Tier 3 and Tier 4 support requests
Mentor team with development activities

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology and Software Development
5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred
3+ years of direct management experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related field required
Working knowledge of all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Experience in process improvement utilizing strategies such as Agile, LEAN, Six Sigma, or others.
Working experience with Agile development methods and tools, such as Jira.
Development experience using object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, VB, Python
Database experience with NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) and MSSQL
Working knowledge of version control using Git and GitHub
Experience with implementation of OAuth2 and other API security protocols
