Manager

• The Engagement Manager collaborates with communities, Participants, and internal team members to sell Contexture’s products and services.
• Develops relationships with Participants to demonstrate Contexture’s value proposition and secure new contracts.
• Works closely with their counterpart when new sales opportunities have been identified and works to ensure upsell opportunities have the sales presence needed to increase revenue.
• Manages activities related to building and maintaining positive Participant relationships, effectively managing accounts, coordination of the delivery of Contexture products and services, and the analysis and measurement of the existing clinical processes and workflows in obtaining and utilizing electronic patient data.
• Cultivates prospects to fill sales pipelines that can be managed through closure.
• Assists in securing timely submission of legal documentation for HIE Participants.
• Responsible for signing up Participants to implement health information exchange services from Contexture.
• Responsible for meeting sales goals determined by Director of Development & Engagement.
• Responsible for qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, and other referral sources.
• Actively manage and report on lead development including the use of business applications to measure progress and sales status.
• Collaborate in a team-based environment to define deliverables, statement of work and vendor integration specs in preparation for creating agreements.

Engagement Manager

DevOps Engineer

• The DevOps CI/CD Release Manager will be responsible for the development and support of the CI/CD pipelines for the Health Information Exchange (HIE).
• Overseeing the release process for software and application deployments for internally developed solutions, as well as for certain key 3rd party vendor solutions.
• Manage internal software releases using solutions and technology such as Git, GitHub, Jira, C#, SQL, MongoDB, and APIs.
• Support the development of new and existing solutions through all phases of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• After hours may be necessary to support deployments, changes, or major incident response.

DevOps Release Manager, CI/CD

• Provide positive leadership, daily supervision, and management of a team supporting various interface engines and interfaces.
• Drive integration approaches, efforts, and decisions to maximize efficiency, supportability, scalability, and security.
• Coordinate with the other Contexture department leads to ensure that all HIE/HIT services are delivered on time, error-free and that they meet organizational and customer service expectations.
• Effectively manage team staff recruitment, hiring, training, creating on-boarding plans, mentoring, procedures, departmental practices, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and staffing recommendations.
• Serve as a technical expert for internal and external stakeholders as it relates to Contexture interface and interoperability solutions, HL7 Standards, integration architecture.
• Ensure standards are met and followed, when applicable, for any implementations or deployments.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures which foster and sustain best practices for the department.
• Ensure software has been fully tested and meets quality standards before release.

Manager, Integrations

Data Engineer

• The Manager, Data Engineering is responsible for Contexture data engineering, development, implementation and maintenance for related activities of the organization.
• Provides daily supervision and management of assigned staff, maintain allocated staffing levels including leading recruitment efforts and creating on-boarding plans for new or transferred employees.
• Provides mentoring, coaching, and educational activities to support employee development that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensure high level of data availability implementing and improving processes that ensure the stability and performance of our data products.
• Create solutions that adhere to privacy, governance, legal, compliance and other standards.

Manager, Data Engineering

Vice President

• Serve as the primary executive leader for the organization within the assigned state, accountable for strategy, growth, policy, programs, and relationships.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive state-level business development and growth strategy aligned with organizational mission, enterprise goals, and market realities.
• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and peer State Senior Vice Presidents to ensure alignment on priorities, metrics, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze state-specific healthcare market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes to drive strategic decision-making.
• Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts across healthcare, data exchange, and social determinant of health (SDOH) domains.
• Oversee Sales, Account Management, Community Development, SDOH, and Government Affairs activities within the designated state.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams and other state SVPs to develop integrated, scalable solutions while retaining responsiveness to state needs.
• Represent the organization at state and regional industry events, conferences, and convenings.
• Lead and execute government affairs and public policy strategy, aligned with enterprise advocacy priorities.
• Direct executive branch lobbying and advocacy, including pursuit of regulatory or administrative outcomes.
• Serve as the senior relationship manager for state agencies, tribal governments, Indian Health Services (IHS), and policymakers within the designated state.

Senior Vice President
