About the role

  • Provide comprehensive HR support with a primary emphasis on talent acquisition
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Administer leave programs, interpret employment laws, and provide generalist support
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy, generate HR reports, and support annual HR cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3–5+ years of HR experience with strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience administering FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, or other leave processes
  • Experience in healthcare or technology preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-state workforces a plus
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms; BambooHR, UKG or similar systems a plus.
