About the role

  • Serve as a key HR partner to leaders and employees, providing advanced support in employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Independently handle complex HR issues, build strong relationships across the organization, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace concerns, including harassment, discrimination, misconduct, performance issues, and policy violations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave management, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience leading employee relations investigations and producing well-documented findings.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/HCMS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP strongly desired.
  • Experience with BambooHR, UKG, or similar systems a plus.
