Data Analyst

• Lead and develop a team of three analysts dedicated to our core product for all sales-driven business
• Collaborate with the SVP of Product to leverage data and drive strategic decision-making
• Ensure data-driven decisions guide product strategy and innovation efforts
• Join the Product Insights department, composed of the Product Data Analytics team and Product Research team
• Ensure the team is aligned with broader company goals and operates with necessary velocity to influence strategic decision-making

Senior Product Data Analyst

• Ensure data-driven decisions guide our product strategy and innovation efforts.
• Work within the Product Insights department to combine quantitative and qualitative insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Insights, ensure team alignment with broader company goals and operational velocity.

Senior Manager, Product Data Analyst

Account Executive

• Drive net-new business acquisition (70%) and expansion revenue (30%) across the Iberian enterprise segment, taking full ownership of your territory and pipeline
• Manage the full sales cycle for Contentsquare's experience intelligence platform, from prospecting through to close
• Develop and execute strategic enterprise account plans to maximize revenue potential across your portfolio
• Educate and challenge the market, bringing new perspectives to enterprise buyers and positioning Contentsquare as the category leader
• Prospect into and build multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, and Tech teams including C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations through to close
• Work as an entrepreneur - own your business, drive your pipeline, and operate with full commercial accountability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to build strategic adoption plans and accelerate deal velocity
• Drive accurate forecasting, maintain strong CRM hygiene, and proactively manage risks to ensure predictable quarter execution
• Strengthen Contentsquare's presence in the Netherlands enterprise ecosystem through strategic account planning and executive engagement

Enterprise Account Executive

Consultant

• Design and deliver immersive, storytelling-based product demonstrations that showcase Contentsquare's value across web, mobile, and app experiences
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives, leveraging frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to uncover and align to prospect pain
• Own and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements that emphasize business impact, insight delivery, and time to value
• Partner daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless and value-driven buying journey
• Advise customers on their digital experience strategies, including behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights
• Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and integration best practices
• Scope and guide platform evaluations, helping prospects connect the dots between behavioral data and business outcomes
• Stay sharp on industry trends and product updates to act as a trusted domain expert internally and externally
• Share product feedback and emerging requirements from the field with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap
• Serve as a mentor and thought leader across the SC team—sharing best practices, participating in enablement, and elevating the overall craft

Senior Solution Consultant

Learning and Development

• Deliver engaging training sessions: Facilitate training in various formats - including live virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and recorded/asynchronous sessions - for customers, and partners.
• Tailor learning experiences: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and data sets, adapting content to suit diverse skill levels, from analytics beginners to advanced users.
• Customization & Strategy: Tailor educational content to specific customer data sets and use cases.
• Collaborative Enablement: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored training programs.
• Content Management: Develop and update training documentation, leveraging tools for efficiency.
• Master Contentsquare’s products: Develop deep expertise across Contentsquare’s growing product suite. You’re seen as a product specialist by our customers.
