About the role
- Support technical and operational projects that improve efficiency across the Engineering, Product & Design organization
- Explore opportunities to automate workflows through scripts, APIs, or AI-based tools
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal utilities, dashboards, or command-line tools
- Help audit existing processes to identify inefficiencies or missing structures
- Document new processes, standards, and best practices in clear and accessible formats
- Assist with tool evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption
- Participate in syncs and workshops to gather user needs and translate them into actionable improvements
- Bring your curiosity to challenge how we work and propose better approaches
Requirements
- You’re studying software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- You have at least basic programming skills and solid knowledge of software development fundamentals
- You’re interested in tooling, automation, APIs, and AI applications
- You’re interested in how modern product & engineering teams operate — and want to make them work even better
- You’re comfortable navigating both technical and non-technical discussions
- You’re well-organized, analytical, and proactive in ambiguous environments
- You speak and write English fluently
