About the role
- Serve as the technical and strategic bridge between sales engagement and marketing automation.
- Ensure our tech stack—specifically RingLead, Salesloft, and Qualified are optimized for lead flow, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment.
- Be the primary architect of our SDR tech stack, ensuring that Salesloft and RingLead are perfectly synchronized with Salesforce and Marketo.
- Ensure that the Sales team receives the right data at the right time.
- Follow a cohesive multi-channel strategy that compliments broader Marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Marketing Operations role (preferably in the Enterprise B2B tech space) with hands-on expertise in RingLead and Salesloft. RingLead Certified Expert ideal.
- Strong understanding of the workflows between Sales tools (RingLead and Salesloft) and Salesforce and Marketo
- Deep understanding of sales processes and revenue operations
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems across multiple systems with various stakeholders
- Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to manage multiple priorities on tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
