About the role

  • Provide customer support via communication platforms such as WhatsApp and other internal tools;
  • Analyze and verify data required for company incorporation processes;
  • Manage and maintain the client portfolio, ensuring active and organized follow-up;
  • Perform activity analysis (CNAE) to correctly classify the business;
  • Assess and determine the appropriate taxation regime in accordance with current legislation;
  • Make phone calls when necessary using systems such as Callix to provide support and clarify doubts.

Requirements

  • Use of tools such as Google Sheets, forms, and search tools;
  • Knowledge of company incorporation procedures;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Task management;
  • Basic knowledge of tax accounting;
  • Technical customer support;
  • Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., ChatGuru).
  • Education:
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress).
