About the role

  • Create, edit, and adapt visuals and videos from editorials and campaigns for social media channels.
  • Capture and produce content at events, highlighting key moments and stories.
  • Pitch new ideas and share cultural insights during team brainstorming sessions.
  • Boost the visibility of our printed magazine across digital platforms.
  • Follow the latest social media, fashion, music, and visual trends.

Requirements

  • You're studying Media, Communication, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a portfolio or examples showcasing creative social content, campaigns, or projects.
  • You're skilled in content creation and design software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
  • You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, always exploring new trends and formats.
  • You love creating content that's engaging, authentic, and visually striking.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • You respect and understand queer culture and identities and are committed to creating inclusive, impactful content.
  • You're curious, approachable, and confident when interacting with creators, talents, and collaborators.
