• Scouting emerging queer creatives at events, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
• Assisting in reporting and tracking campaign and talent performance.

• Develop fresh content formats in partnership with our Love Talents.
• Create, edit, and adapt visuals and videos from editorials and campaigns for social media channels.
• Capture and produce content at events, highlighting key moments and stories.
• Pitch new ideas and share cultural insights during team brainstorming sessions.
• Boost the visibility of our printed magazine across digital platforms.
• Follow the latest social media, fashion, music, and visual trends.
