About the role
- Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable digital products.
- Guide and mentor developers.
- Integrate AI and automation tools.
- Own infrastructure management and DevOps pipelines.
- Develop and optimize WordPress-based ecosystems.
- Manage integrations with APIs, CRMs, and third-party MarTech systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, analytics, and strategy teams.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in web development, infrastructure, or DevOps.
- 5+ years in technical leadership within a marketing or digital agency.
- Strong expertise in: Azure Cloud, WordPress development, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL).
- API integration & automation (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Server management: Apache, Nginx, DNS, VPS.
- Version control: Git.
- Hands-on experience with AI and MarTech tools.
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
