About the role
- Partner with Team/Initiative Leads to deliver outcomes and enable confident commercial decisions
- Support the enterprise-wide financial insights framework helping drive consistency and clarity across value streams
- Help uphold technical standards for variance analysis and performance commentary
- Collaborate in cross-functional initiative teams to embed insight early in decision-making
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for investment decisions and enterprise planning
Requirements
- 3+ years post-qualification experience (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Background in in-house finance or commercial environments
- Strong analytical capability and confidence with Excel
- Able to translate financial analysis into clear, decision-ready insights
- A collaborative team player who builds trust quickly and enjoys working across functions and Initiative Teams
- A positive, adaptable mindset
