About the role
- Customer Champion – You are the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line
- On average you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers across the USA
- Technology Troubleshooter – explain cellular phones, billing, or answer general questions; you are the solution
- Highly Organized and Motivated – you must be self-motivated and present during shift
- Team Player – collaborate and respect coworkers
- On-site and off-site IT support as needed
Requirements
- Right Attitude
- A high school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months of customer service experience; remote customer service experience preferred
- Office Computer Skills – basic typing, software usage, and internet navigation
- Work from Home Requirements – Internet speed at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download; not compatible with satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data
- Distraction-Free Workplace – quiet, distraction-free home office
- Location – within 50 miles of a CCI facility
- Communication – bilingual Spanish and English; fluency test required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
