About the role
- Shape comstruct's product strategy as the company's first Product Manager
- Define and develop a clear product strategy and vision to guide the team and roadmap
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through comprehensive market and user research
- Process customer feedback and usage insights, linking them to potential new features
- Create detailed acceptance criteria for new features and prioritize tickets effectively
- Document product features thoroughly and facilitate clear communication between sales, tech, marketing, and customers
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive product vision and feature development
- Work hybrid from Munich office approximately 3 days a week for in-person collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role working with complex, multi-featured products
- Startup or high-performing organization background
- Basic coding/database knowledge (SQL, Python, TypeScript)
- Strong understanding of competitive cases and market dynamics
- Highly structured, organized, self-sufficient, and a strong communicator with a quick, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English
- Nice to have: Cross-departmental knowledge (Marketing, Sales, etc.)
- Nice to have: Experience with market entry strategies and understanding diverse market dynamics
- Nice to have: Construction industry background or building product for industry
- Nice to have: Mentoring experience with product managers or designers.
