Manager

• Help lead sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and execution of new credit facilities to support the growth of our Early Pay Program.
• Manage relationships with existing capital providers ensuring compliance, reporting, and facility optimization.
• Assist with capital strategy, including forecasting liquidity needs and modeling different structures to optimize cost of capital and flexibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, product) to operationalize credit lines and ensure seamless fund flows.
• Maintain a detailed reporting and insights for internal stakeholders and external lenders.
• Stay on top of market trends and investor appetite across structured credit, private debt, and alternative lending.
• Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Credit Officer and executive team on funding strategy.

Capital Markets Manager

Account Executive

• Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, generate interest, and create a sense of urgency for conversion.
• Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to close of Early Pay Program prospects.
• Partner with Constrafor leaders and internal teams to help qualify leads and sales opportunities.
• Educate contractor prospects on the benefits of the Early Pay Program by providing online and occasionally in-person demos to decision makers and key stakeholders.
• Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
• Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
• Guide prospects/clients on required documentation for credit underwriting and approval process.
• Expedite credit applications and ensuring that turnaround time requirements are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain flawless records and pipeline across Sales Tools.
