Support Organizational Effectiveness Team (50%) and the CHRO (50%)
Lead or support highly visible global HR projects (Global Mentorship Program, Lifecycle Surveys including data analysis)
Manage Sustainability Reporting & Governance around HR / Social Topics and other ad hoc projects
Act as key member of Group-level HR team and assist with high priority HR initiatives
Support initiatives including succession planning and development, organization effectiveness, talent management, rewards, culture, workplace and engagement
Work closely with stakeholders across US and EU sites and externally
Opportunity to be based at US or EU sites with the ability to work remotely; limited travel may be expected
Requirements
BA / BS in Humanities, Business or related fields degree or equivalent experience
5 – 10 years of HR related experience (minimum 5 years)
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong internal networks
Strong project management and change management skills
Broad knowledge of Human Resources functions
Collaborative & Customer Focused; ability to work closely with stakeholders across sites and externally
Autonomy and independent decision-making
Highly organized; ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Resourceful & Adaptable; able to keep projects moving despite obstacles
