About the role
- Lead and manage direct teams (Maintenance Methods Technician, Maintenance Unit Manager)
- Define maintenance strategies and policies based on equipment
- Prepare and propose maintenance budgets
- Ensure optimal service levels for equipment to maximize availability
- Promote continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within teams
- Ensure skills development and traceability of maintenance operations
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective maintenance/production interactions
Requirements
- Engineering degree preferred
- Significant experience in maintenance and people management
- Strong technical knowledge (Electrical, Mechanical, Process, and Automation)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with a willingness to share best practices
- Good level of technical English required
