About the role
- Ensure the reliability and longevity of IT equipment
- Serve as the technical point of contact for all on-site stakeholders regarding IT operations
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, etc.)
- Manage hardware obsolescence
- Manage the lifecycle of client software and operating systems
- Provide day-to-day Level 1 and 2 support
- Process user access rights requests
- Maintain internal IT documentation
- Manage scheduling and activities of external service providers
- Provide on-site presence to support operations
Requirements
- Ideally hold a Bac+3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in IT
- 3 years' experience in a similar role within industry
- Good knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and MDM
- Knowledge of information system cybersecurity and computer networks is a plus
- Proactive and open-minded
- Advanced level of English
- Category B driver's license and personal vehicle recommended
