About the role

  • Proactively support our intense growth ambitions in the Polish pouch market (retort pouches, pet food packaging, confectionary film).
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Polish market.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Build and nurture sustainable relationships with key accounts and industry decision‑makers.
  • Act as the main commercial contact for customers—understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and positioning our company as a trusted partner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer developments to support strategic direction.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer visits, and industry events.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product management, operations, supply chain) across the international group.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and regular sales reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the strengthening of regional market presence.

Requirements

  • Strong track record as a Sales Manager in an international company including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and structured reporting processes.
  • Proven experience in the flexible Packaging and pouch business (e.g. retort pouches, pet food packaging) with strong knowledge of the Polish market.
  • Ability to navigate intercultural business environments and matrix structures.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and a professional, trustworthy communication style.
  • Hunter profile: energetic, proactive, and skilled at turning prospects into long‑term customers.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
  • Existing contacts with major players in the Polish pouch or pet food sector are an advantage.
