About the role

  • Active customer support and order processing within the inside sales team
  • Tracking orders and monitoring schedules/delivery dates
  • Supporting Account Managers in acquiring new customers
  • Coordinating customer requirements with internal departments
  • Maintaining customer relationships as part of the inside sales function
  • Entering all necessary order-related data into SAP and maintaining master data records
  • Preparing pricing calculations for quotations
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations as well as fire and occupational safety rules

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Team player
