About the role
- Active customer support and order processing within the inside sales team
- Tracking orders and monitoring schedules/delivery dates
- Supporting Account Managers in acquiring new customers
- Coordinating customer requirements with internal departments
- Maintaining customer relationships as part of the inside sales function
- Entering all necessary order-related data into SAP and maintaining master data records
- Preparing pricing calculations for quotations
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations as well as fire and occupational safety rules
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in sales and customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Team player
