About the role
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the catering service/canteen and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Leadership, staff scheduling and development of the team, including regular employee briefings
- Ensuring our quality and service standards in daily foodservice operations
- Responsibility for excellent guest service and acting as the on-site point of contact for the client
- Organizing and executing conferences and events on the premises
- Responsibility for administrative tasks, KPIs and month-end reporting/closings
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, hospitality or business catering with responsibility for operations management or team leadership
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams in the service or catering sector
- Strong service and customer orientation and a professional demeanor towards guests, clients and colleagues
- Commercial/entrepreneurial thinking, strong organizational skills and an independent working style in daily operations
- Very good German and English skills, high commitment and a strong quality focus
