About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the operational management of the catering service/canteen and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Leadership, staff scheduling and development of the team, including regular employee briefings
  • Ensuring our quality and service standards in daily foodservice operations

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, hospitality or business catering with responsibility for operations management or team leadership
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams in the service or catering sector
  • Strong service and customer orientation and a professional demeanor towards guests, clients and colleagues
  • Commercial/entrepreneurial thinking, strong organizational skills and an independent working style in daily operations
  • Very good German and English skills, high commitment and a strong quality focus
