About the role

  • Development and continuous improvement of scalable cloud backends for V2X and C-ITS applications
  • Design, evaluation and continuous enhancement of system and software architectures for safety-critical use cases
  • Build, operate and evolve cloud-native production environments
  • Implementation and operation of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps processes
  • Ensure security-by-design, stability, monitoring and performance
  • Independently take ownership of features and projects
  • Close collaboration within the team and clear communication of technical concepts

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as a Platform or Cloud Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of cloud backends, in particular: Kubernetes (deployment & operations)
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Istio, Knative, NATS)
  • CI/CD experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, FluxCD)
  • Containerization and Linux/Debian system administration
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, Python and SQL
  • Independent, structured and quality-focused working style
