Sales

• You are responsible for the operational leadership and continued development of the sales function at consider funding.
• This includes in particular: managing and improving the sales pipeline, including forecasting
• Responsibility for revenue development, deal closures and RPE (revenue per employee) for the sales department
• Ensuring accurate CRM data maintenance in HubSpot
• Motivating, coordinating and coaching the sales team
• Further development of existing sales structures, processes and routines
• Reporting to management and deriving concrete measures from the numbers
• Close coordination with Marketing, funding specialists and company leadership
• Further development of the sales strategy, including multiplier management
• Market and competitor monitoring
• Involvement in and support of meaningful new hires within the sales team
