Head of Sales
consider it GmbHHead of Sales leading the sales team at consider funding to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Responsible for team operations, performance metrics, and sales structure optimization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for the operational leadership and continued development of the sales function at consider funding.
- This includes in particular: managing and improving the sales pipeline, including forecasting
- Responsibility for revenue development, deal closures and RPE (revenue per employee) for the sales department
- Ensuring accurate CRM data maintenance in HubSpot
- Motivating, coordinating and coaching the sales team
- Further development of existing sales structures, processes and routines
- Reporting to management and deriving concrete measures from the numbers
- Close coordination with Marketing, funding specialists and company leadership
- Further development of the sales strategy, including multiplier management
- Market and competitor monitoring
- Involvement in and support of meaningful new hires within the sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a lead or comparable sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and sales metrics
- Solid closing fundamentals and the ability to coach others to improve
- Excellent verbal skills and persuasive communication
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of data-driven sales management
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Leadership skills, coaching ability and a good sense of team dynamics
- Goal-oriented, structured and independent working style
- High drive for results and a genuine will to succeed
- Growth mindset and a desire to actively develop structures
- Fluent German and good English skills
