Outside Sales

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the data center, mission-critical, industrial cooling, and power generation markets.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award and implementation within the perspective territory.
• Primary point of contact for assigned customers and strategic accounts.
• Develop customer-specific growth plans and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Present technical and commercial solutions to customers, consultants, and executive stakeholders while providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, application engineering, proposal, and operations teams to develop customer solutions. Need a good understanding and solid understanding of systems solutions for cooling in the DC and power markets.
