About the role
- Main contact for decision-makers in the construction/residential sector and planning offices
- Support customers in developing customized building services concepts
- Communicate with tendering authorities and decision-makers
- Liaise with internal sales and other departments within the company
- Continuous improvement of personal sales strategy
Requirements
- Solid technical or commercial training — ideally with a focus on sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) technology or building services engineering
- Field sales experience in building services (sanitary/plumbing, heating, air-conditioning/ventilation or electrical)
- Experience with the construction/residential sector and planning offices, with a strong industry network
- Structured working style, self-motivation and knowledge of successful sales closing techniques
- Fluent German language skills
