Configure and further develop the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Suite to optimally support Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Field Service
Design and maintain user-friendly solutions such as data models, modern user interfaces and automated workflows
Develop extensions in C# for functional customizations and bespoke requirements
Build and maintain integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flows
Improve internal tools around build, deployment and testing to provide a stable development environment
Support internal teams as technical second-level support for more complex issues
Create clear documentation and collaborate closely with the team to make technical solutions understandable

Requirements

Completed technical education in computer science or IT
At least 3 years of experience in software development and in the configuration and administration of Dynamics 365
Confident working with Power Platform, Dataverse, JavaScript and ideally TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs and plugin development in C#
Analytical thinking, structured working methods, attention to detail and a strong quality focus
Language skills: German at least B2 and fluent English
