Configure and further develop the internal MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Suite to optimally support Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Field Service
Design and maintain user-friendly solutions such as data models, modern interfaces, and automated workflows
Develop extensions in C# for functional customizations and bespoke requirements
Build and maintain integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flows
Enhance internal tools around build, deployment, and testing to maintain a stable development environment
Support internal teams with technical second-level support for more complex issues
Produce clear documentation and collaborate closely with the team to make technical solutions transparent and traceable

Requirements

Completed technical training in computer science or IT. A university or university of applied sciences degree is welcome but not required. What matters most is your drive
At least 3 years of experience in software development and in configuring and managing Dynamics 365
Confident working knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, JavaScript, and ideally TypeScript
Experience with REST APIs and plugin development in C#
Analytical thinking, structured working methods, attention to detail, and a strong quality focus
Language skills: German at minimum B2 level and fluent English for optimal support and team communication
Nice to have: experience with Business Central, SharePoint, MS Azure, OData, Java development, or Copilot Studio
