About the role
- Provide service and support to partners across all customer-related processes from the beginning of the customer journey through group closure (e.g., collection of quota entry documents, credit analysis, asset invoicing, quota transfers, and processes related to automotive, service, real estate and heavy vehicles).
- Provide daily partner support via phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Support partners with the company's systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for people and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong reasoning and communication skills, customer focus, innovation and creativity.
- Experience with consórcio (consortium/group purchasing) systems — desirable.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Experience and aptitude in customer service.
